The Promoter – NeXTeracom

NeXTeracom has been an active contributor to the development of Mauritius for decades. Our team led by our Chairperson, Michel Chan Sui Ko, with over 40 years of industry experience, has successfully undertaken a number of projects from planning and design to delivery and beyond.

While NeXTeracom oversees office and commercial space in the capital city of Port Louis, the company has been providing corporates and entrepreneurs with high-quality business space in the heart of Ebene Cybercity since 2008.

NeXTeracom is also the marketing agent for Avalon Golf Estate, a premium residential development in the Bois Cheri region.
